A monitoring device that watches the whole HVAC system — furnace, heat pump or air conditioner, indoors and out — and tells the contractor's office before the homeowner notices anything is wrong. One-time hardware cost, recurring monitoring, and a permanent reason to stay in touch with a customer who would otherwise be gone.

Top Notch Holdings was founded by Bryan Juilfs, who spent twenty-five years running HVAC service departments and thirty across mechanical, electrical and plumbing — field operations, multiple locations, full P&L responsibility, and the technology those teams ran on.
Hardware designs, firmware and software are owned outright. Boards are built and assembled in the United States.
We do not sell to building owners or facility managers, and we never contact a contractor's customer. The relationship stays where it belongs.
